Produced for the first time in 2011, The TX Tough 250 bike ride included 250 of Dallas’s most influential business people, political leaders and philanthropists, all of whom committed to riding from from Austin to Dallas to collectively raising $1 million dollars to benefit Children’s Medical Center.

Now it's your chance! If you like riding bikes, then this is a ride you can't afford to miss. If your looking for a personal challenge or want to make a difference in kids’ lives, then the Tx Tough 250 is what your looking for and presents your chance to be difference maker.

The ride is produced by Passion for Children’s (PFC), a private not-for-profit organization founded in 2007. PFC was started by a core group of volunteers, lead by Joel Williams, with a singular purpose - to create a rallying point and support individuals interested in raising money for the exclusive benefit of Children's Medical Center. Since it's inception, PFC has supported nearly 3,500 individuals fundraisers who have collectively raised more than $1 million dollars for Children's Medical Center.

In 2011, a core group of fundraisers and volunteers took the next step and launched the Tx Tough 250 Austin to Dallas ride. Now they want you to join them! There are several options to choose from, so find the one that is the best fit for you and get started today!

Pro Peloton Package

The Pro Peloton Package will enjoy all of the benefits from the Ambassador Club in 2011, and are inducted as members of the Peloton Club. They will meet in Dallas, take transports to Austin, and then begin the 2 day journey back to Dallas.

The Pro Peloton Package also includes full kit, flight to Austin, overnight accommodations in Waco, fully supported private ride vehicles. The Pro Peloton ride groups are each led by qualified ride leaders.

Paceline Package

Registration for the TX Tough 250 has been suspended until further notice. Please contact our office at 214-526-9712 with any questions.

The Paceline Package offers riders another option to participate in the TX Tough 250, in a rally style ride. Paceline riders will need to make their own travel arrangements and accommodations.

The Paceline Package also includes a 2012 Official Tx Tough 250 Jersey, and rest stops along the route each day (approximately 20 miles apart).

*Individuals are responsible for their own transportation to Austin for the start.

**Transportation for riders and bikes will be provided at an additional fee.

***Participants are also responsible for their own hotel reservations in Waco for the overnight. Special room rates are available for participants associated with the TX Tough 250. Rates and participating hotels will be published soon.

Classic Ride Package

The Classic Ride package offers riders a one day option to participate in the TX Tough 250. Classic riders will need to make their own travel arrangements and accommodations.

The Classic Ride Package includes a 25% discount on all 2012 TX Tough 250 clothing, and rest stops along the route each day (approximately 20 miles apart).

*Individuals are responsible for their own transportation to Waco for the start.

**Transportation for riders and bikes will be provided at an additional fee.

***Participant is also responsible for their own hotel reservations in Waco for the overnight. Block room rates are available for participants associated with the TX Tough 250. Rates and participating hotels will be published soon.
